10:15 a.m. The traditional Imu ceremony and cooking of a whole pig and turkey in an underground oven in the coconut Grove5:30 p.m. Lei greeting and photo opportunities. Guests sip cocktails while listening to musical favorites from Hawaii and the South Pacific.
6:00 p.m. Torchlighting ceremony.
6:15 p.m. Luau dinner buffet in our new luau garden, an oceanfront haven of coconut trees and tropical fauna
7:00 p.m. Drums of Polynesia. An authentic journey through the South Pacific islands of Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, Samoa and New Zealand. The talented cast performs songs and dances rarely seen in typical luau shows, culminating with a spell-binding Samoan fireknife dance.
