FLY WITH THE BEST!
Island Hoppers has operated aerial tours over the Big Island of
Hawaii since 1986. We are both the largest and oldest Big Island
air tour company, yet still small enough to provide personal,
family-style attention to all our clients. With departures
daily from both our Hilo and Kona airport locations, we offer
the best in variety and value. We are proud of our 18-year
fatality-free operation history, and make safety our number one
priority.
Avoid the "tourist Herd" syndrome by choosing our smaller, more
maneuverable 3 and 7-passenger aircraft. Each passenger is
provided with an individually adjustable 2-way headset, allowing
comfortable conversation with the pilot and other passengers.
We are the
ONLY Big Island Air Tour company that can provide absolute
guaranteed reservations for parties as small as 2 passengers!
Don't take a chance on being cancelled at the last minute by
booking a flight on a larger aircraft which might not reach the
company's minimum passenger requirement.
Your knowledgeable pilot will provide insights into our island's
secrets, and history.
Airplanes provide a safer, quieter, and smoother ride than
helicopters, taking you up close to view the active volcano,
rainforests, hidden valleys, waterfalls, migrating whales (in
season) and more.
Our
360 degree-view aircraft make excellent platforms for still or
video photography.
Because of lower operating expenses, airplanes offer the same
viewing experience as helicopters, but at LESS THAN HALF THE
COST OF HELICOPTER TOURS. |

Feedback:
My family took your circle tour of the island almost 3 years ago. And
we're still talking about it! Our son (who was 9 at the time)
remembers getting a little green from motion sickness, but says the part
of the flight where we circled around to see the lava flowing into the
ocean was "really super". Our video camera turned
out amazing pictures of that and of numerous waterfalls flowing off the
northeast side of the island, even though my husband was just learning how
to work the camera. Thanks again for a memorable experience.
