This historic 1932 sugar plantation superintendents residence is set in a tropical garden of fruit and nut trees, and brilliant-flowering, sweet-smelling shrubs. Extensive decks offer panoramic views of the Hamakua coast, with hammocks and chairs to lounge in. The home has been lovingly restored, and furnished throughout with charming antiques. Each of the five bedrooms carries a different theme. All our bedrooms have tropical flower arrangements, ceiling fans and good reading lights. And all have a private bath - each stocked with fluffy towels, bath salts, herbal oils and bubble bath in the Plantation or Chinese bedrooms, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak.
In the evening, relax in our comfortable sitting room, browse our extensive Hawaiiana library, or watch TV or a movie from our video library.
Rates are quoted as cost per night . All bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Above rates apply to single or double occupancy and are subject to Hawaii State excise and hotel room tax. Third person charge is an additional $25.00. Single night stay $10 cleaning fee added. Extra person(s) $25 per person, per nite, per room.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or travelers checks.
Deposit: 1 night - 100%, Multiple nights 50% of booking
Cancellation: $25 processing fee, Two weeks prior to arrival - refund minus fee. Under two weeks full payment required if room cannot be rebooked.

oceanside of road. There is a B&B sign on the fence and turn in for the
parking lot is at the end of the fence.
